Ford & Harrison defends employment class and collective actions in federal and state courts for major corporations. Over the last few decades, we have been heavily involved in a series of major class action employment cases and have extensive experience in this area.

A class or collective action is fully and immediately made a top priority throughout the initial class certification period by experienced class action attorneys who make themselves available to develop a winning strategy. We provide a team of lawyers who are dedicated both to the case throughout the certification period and to coordination between projects, so that a defense theory is shaped and followed consistently.
