Ford & Harrison Named a Sodexo Law Department Diversity Leader for the Third Consecutive Year

Ford & Harrison, a national law firm specializing in labor and employment law, has been recognized for the third consecutive year as a Diversity Leader by the Law Department of Sodexo Inc., a leading foodservice and facilities management company with an objective to integrate diversity and inclusion into all aspects of its business approach. Ford & Harrison is one of three law firms to earn this distinction in 2010.
The Diversity Leader recognition is part of the Sodexo Law Department Outside Counsel Diversity Initiative, which exemplifies the Sodexo legal team's commitment to advocate strongly for the increased usage of minority and women-owned firms and the expanded hiring, retention and promotion of diverse counsel within all other law firms that serve Sodexo.
Ford & Harrison, a 2008 and 2009 Diversity Leader, was selected again this year based on the firm's expansive diversity policies and programs and its significant representation of women and minorities at all levels of the firm. The firm's specialized focus on attorney development—including its Year One Associate Development Program and its Leadership Academy for its partners—stood out as a best practice designed to ensure the firm retains and promotes its qualified diverse talent.
